GTC

The following GTC govern the purchase and contractual relationship between the customer and Büchi Optik AG , hereinafter referred to as nassrasieren.ch.

Delivery

Our Article are delivered with DPD and of the Swiss Post. If you order before 1 p.m. and then pay by credit card or Paypal, you will usually receive the goods the next working day (dispatch Tuesday to Friday). Nassrasieren.ch cannot, however, be held responsible in any way for late delivery and does not undertake any clarifications in this regard with DPD or of the Swiss Post.

Complaints and Returns

The goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Complaints must be made within 24 hours (at the latest on the next working day) by telephone or by e-mail. Returns will only be accepted after consultation within 3 working days. The goods must be sealed and in their original packaging. Opened and/or used goods will not be taken back. Shipping costs for returns shall be borne by the buyer. The purchase price of the product will only be refunded after prior agreement. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Terms of payment/VAT

All prices in our online Shop are in Swiss francs including 8.1% VAT We only deliver against prepayment, Postcard, e-finance from Postfinance, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or invoice*. After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all the information about your order (for the "prepayment" payment method, the corresponding bank details are also included).

*Purchase on account with installment facility (PowerPay):

With the PowerPay monthly invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchases by invoice with an installment facility. MF Group Factoring SA / PowerPay offers the payment method "payment by invoice" as an external payment service provider. When the purchase contract is concluded, PowerPay takes over the invoice receivable and and processes the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept the GTC of PowerPay in addition to our GTC. (powerpay.ch/AGB)

You will receive the monthly invoice by post in the following month. If you pay in installments, you must pay at least 10% of the outstanding invoice amount per month. This allows you to decide for yourself how many installments you would like to pay. Please note that there is an administration fee of CHF 2.90 per invoice.

Under this contract, MF Group Factoring SA/PowerPay grants you a consumer loan in accordance with Art. 12 KKG, provided that you make use of the installment facility and there is no reason for exclusion under Art. 7 para. 1 KKG.

Nassrasieren.ch undertakes to treat your personal data confidentially and not to sell it to third parties. The data required for business processing will be stored and may be passed on to affiliated companies as part of order processing.

Use and Disclosure of personal data and Purpose limitation

Nassrasieren.ch uses your personal data for the purposes of technical administration of the website, customer administration, product surveys and for marketing purposes only to the extent necessary in each case. Our employees are obliged by us to maintain confidentiality.

Warranty exclusion clause / guarantee clause

The warranty conditions of the product manufacturer apply. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact nassrasieren.ch or directly at MANUFACTURER.
All further warranty claims, in particular statutory warranty claims against nassrasieren.ch, are excluded.
